My nest is reading 2+ hours

My nest was working great and my apt started getting hot fast. I went to the thermostat and noticed when I place it lower from 75 to 73 (doesn't matter which number), it says 2+ hours. I didn't update nor do anything to it.

Thermostat lock temp

Is it possible to lock or change the minimum and maximum temperature setpoints on a goggle nest thermostat and if so how? I’d like to keep renters from turning my condo into a freezer.
