my nest is dead it will not charge or come on. I have done all the Trouble shooting steps and it’s broken.
I used the best app to check it’s in warrenty and it is. So I competed a warrenty form via nest app and it said a specialist will be in touch which was over 2 weeks ago
How can I make a warrenty return when I have had no reply no case Id was given when I filled in the form. I used the same email as this when completing the form with either gmail.com or googlemail.com at the end.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try using the option to have nest support call you on the phone.

I filled in the warranty claim form through the Nest app and it said a specialist will be in touch, which was two weeks ago I never received an email or anything like his support ID I’m completely stuck please help

Hi @a0001craig . I am sorry to hear you haven't heard back. If you wish we can do some troubleshooting together and we can see what's going on and try to get things back on track.
Just to check, do you have the US model of the thermostat or the EU one that includes a Heat Link?
