When I attempt to sign in to my nest (3rd generation) account I end up in a loop: First the Nest sign in with Google screen > than I sign in with Google > than return to the original Nest sign in with Google screen. The loop occurs with different browsers, after clearing cache and cokies, with both my desktop and laptop computors and restarting the computors has not helped. I did not receive any solution when I called Nest customer service. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Unfortunately did not retain the case number. I did keep a note of what was tried and listed those steps in my posting.
