I’m sorry for the inconveniences that you’ve been having with your Nest thermostat. I can see that it is properly working but not connecting to the app. No worries, help is here.

 

To further assist you, I need some extra information. Here are a couple of questions for you:

  • Has the device been paired to the app before?
  • What is the exact model of your Nest thermostat?
  • How far have you gotten in pairing your Nest thermostat?
  • How far is the Nest thermostat from the router?
  • What app are you using during the pairing process?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

  • What is the exact model of your Nest thermostat? Google Nest Learning Thermostat - 3rd Generation - Smart Thermostat - Pro Version - Works With Alexa
  • How far have you gotten in pairing your Nest thermostat? Not close-I deleted already paired device since I tried pairing more than  20 times and wasn't successful
  • How far is the Nest thermostat from the router?less than 10 ft away-close
  • What app are you using during the pairing process? nest lifestyle VERSION 5.79.0
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? It shows its connected to internet and app is logged in nest. but I am not able to operate the temperatures changes. 
      PLS HELP ME. I would appreciate if anyone could call me .  ###-###-####

I appreciate all the information that you are sharing with me. I understand that you have tried more than 20 times to connect your Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation, but it is not connecting to your app. I can suggest you create a new home structure under your Nest app and try more time. You can also restart your WiFi router and restart the thermostat and try connecting the thermostat again.
