I appreciate all the information that you are sharing with me. I understand that you have tried more than 20 times to connect your Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation, but it is not connecting to your app. I can suggest you create a new home structure under your Nest app and try more time. You can also restart your WiFi router and restart the thermostat and try connecting the thermostat again.
