Not enough power for Wi-Fi

Not enough power for Wi-Fi and others say low battery. 
I have an thermostat-e.

Hi Mike939,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat not being able to connect to Wifi. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

 

  • How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
  • What is the power readings of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this info by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.

Also, please try charging your Nest Thermostat's display using a USB cable for at least 30 mins and try connecting it to the Wifi again.
