Not sure how to wire my nest

This is my current wiring.

And this is my new nest

 i understand Y, C, G, and R. But I'm not sure what to do with the other wires.

Well, here’s gonna be your first problem with the Nest  Thermostat that you have. In the case of your old thermostat, you have a heat pump and a heat pump that has both auxiliary heating and emergency heating. The nest thermostat you have does not support a heat pump with auxiliary and emergency heating. Only the Nest Learning thermostat and the Nest Learning thermostat E can do that. 

Your current wires and the Nest you have. 
R - Red Wire to Nest R (Power In 24Vac)

C - Blue Wire to Nest C (Power 24Vac)

O - Orange Wire to Nest *OB (Heat Pump Changeover Valve)

Y - Yellow Wire to Nest Y (Compressor Relay)

AUX - White Wire to Nest W (Auxiliary Heating)

E - Brown Wire Not supported.
