Mine has been like this for 4 months. I called up the installers and the want 89 pounds for a call out fee so I kindly told them what to do and reminded them about a duty of care and after sales service which had no affect. I have looked everywhere for a number to call and tried everything to reset the thermostat without any success. 500 pounds for the system and it lasted 7 months. Biggest mistake I ever made. Nest make it impossible for you to chase up issues with their equipment.
