My heat works great when I turn it to the AC it comes on and immediately shuts off after 30 seconds

Same thing is happening to me. I’ve tried switching Y and W wires like another post suggested but my system just tries
to go on for the AC and it immediately shuts down. The Nest just goes back to a “countdown to cool” and tries again 2 min later.
