Clicked on my app on iPhone and it comes up home and underneath away when I touch home there is no option to turn heating on from phone ?

Hello Hob76,

It appears that you can't access your Nest thermostat on your Nest app. Let's sort this out.

On the Nest App:

• Make sure that you're logged in to the email account associated to your Nest thermostat.
• Check for any available home structures. Check out this guide.
