Phone controlling nest thermostat

Out of the blue, my phone would not recognize me then I resigned up and now my phone won’t control my thermostat. It appears however, everything on my phone and thermostat are fine.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay. 

A few questions — are you still able to see your thermostat once you're signed into your Nest app? If yes, are you getting a specific message or a code when trying to change the temperature through your Nest app? Also, have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling it if it makes any difference?
