You are compatible with any Nest Thermostat.

Try this wiring

White - W to W1 or W

Yellow to Y1 or Y

Green - G to G

Red - R to Rc (jumper to Rc not needed)

Blue - C to C

The "or" is for the newish Google Nest Thermsotat
