Power Connector Installed, STILL GETTING ERRORS

B_K_
Community Member

After using a 24v transformer and still getting errors (although the transformer was adequately supplying power and batteries were consistently being charged) I was sent a free Power Connector. I installed the Power Connector as per the instructions to my Taco zone valve as I have a 2 zone system. I am STILL getting N260 errors, Low power errors, and Disconnected from WIFI errors. After running multiple power tests, the thermostat claims I have not yet run a power test. Battery voltage is still near 3v "Good" and the thermostat is functioning and heating properly.

Hi B_K_,

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay. Since you're using a Nest Power connector and still getting the same message, we'll need to check and update your wiring configuration.

Here's how:

  1. Open the Google Home app and then tap your thermostat’s icon.
  2. In the top right, tap Settings and then Thermostat and then Wiring and then Update wiring.
  3. Update any incorrect wiring information.

Let me know how it goes by replying to this thread.

Best regards,

Ryan
