Power Connector Link Broken

I am trying to redeem my free power connector, however the link provided is a broken link:

this link gives a 404 error. How do I redeem for my power connector as the thermostat is unusable without it.

A few questions: Where did you receive the link for the Nest Power Connector promotion? Is it via email or via the Google Home app? Also, have you received a free Nest Power Connector before?
