When I first installed my thermostat it was working fine. But the battery drained and I powered it with a 24 volt charger, not an OEM. Now I cannot connect it to my WIFI or APP and it keeps going off and one. Could it be the charger and do I need to by an OEM? I'd appreciate some guidance. Sam
