I wanted to relocate my thermostat in another room but ended up deleting it.
I’m trying to reconnect it using the App but am having problems.
I really need to speak to someone who can talk me through it.

Thank you - I was having difficulty finding a contact number for an Advisor.
It took a long time and many attempts but in the end we cracked it!
