Problems with heat/cool mode

Unit will Heat only and heat mode, not in Heat/Cool mode.   This started after I changed out my AC unit.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? What is the make and model of your new AC unit? Do you see any messages or codes in the app or in your thermostat?
