The heating usage records in the Nest app for my Nest Learning thermostat are not displaying the records correctly.
When I look at the heating history it indicates that every day had ‘No usage’ when I open each day it shows some usage however that information does not look correct or at least does not show the usage of the heating. Some days are entirely blank, some show the heating was on for 24 hours (which I know it was not) and occasionally there are days that look correct.
On Boxing Day my Heatlink failed a replacement Heatlink was provided by Nest under warranty and fitted by a Nest Pro. The usage record has not been right since then.
Any suggestions on how to get the usage record operating correctly would be appreciated. I find reviewing the records, or I did previously, very useful.

Right so I have now managed to connect them wirelessly. It turns out the code for the replacement Heatlink had been put into the thermostat by the Nest Pro. I assumed it had been done, entered the code from the bottom of the New Heatlink and it connected first time.
Now they are connected wirelessly I will monitor the original issue and see if the usage record starts operating correctly.

I’ve just identified that the thermostat only have a wired connection currently, could that be the issue. I have tried reconnecting them wirelessly, but to no effect. This has involved resetting the Heatlink holding the button for 20 seconds and asking the thermostat to pair. Always says couldn’t connect. Had no previous issues with the wireless connection with the previous Heatlink and nothing has changed since the replacement Heatlink was installed. However so can’t find clear guidance on how to establish the wireless connection or troubleshoot wireless connections?
