Questioning whether I can use Nest Thermostats.

I live in a house built in 1968. The A/C system has its own original thermostat. My heating system had two zones until a plumber replaced one thermostat and added a zone. Can I use 4 Nest thermostats?

Yes you can but you need to look at the wiring that goes to the heat T stats.

How many wires are connected now to each?

Where do the wires connect at the heating system can you post a pic to see if a C common terminal is available at the heating system end.
