Hello. I have the above wiring.
R = red wire
I+ = green wire
I- = brown wire
W = white wire
Can someone guide me to the compatible Nest wiring I would need. 4 wire to Nest. Thank you.

It’s the letters imprinted on the mounting plate that need to be installed same way on the nest plate.
Nest thermostats work only for Hvac systems that uses 24 volts controls. verify what voltage your system uses.

Hello folks,
I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here.
Thanks for your input, @HVAC.
@MarkRinRoss, in addition to what was shared above. Specific to Lennox furnaces and iComfort thermostats are the i+ and i-wires. The more sophisticated functions of a Lennox furnace, such as turning on at partial power and better timing of the furnace's power, can be used when an iComfort thermostat is paired with the furnace. You might lose these functions when switching to a Nest Thermostat. To ensure its configuration, I'd suggest contacting a local HVAC Technician or any Nest Pro available in your area.
Let us know if you have more questions.
Regards,
Mark

Thank you everyone. I did call an HVAC technician who had to work from the control panel downstairs before installing the Nest. Worth the price of a service call. 45 minutes labour. Thanks again.
