Resolved! Is this normal?

Awful customer service

Have so far spent 4 days and many hours on the phone trying to get our new thermostat to work. Asked to talk to a supervisor as we are getting nowhere and going round in circles. I am so frustrated and would never recommend nest to anyone in the U.K....

how have nest become SO AWFUL???

I am shocked at how sh!t google nest help and products have become. they were once our 'product of choice'..... historically we fitted hundreds of these... had 3 in my own home.... always worked.... always happy days...... but in the last few months....
