We own a home 200 miles away from where we are living currently, so I depend on my Google Home app to control the thermostat in this home. The area has extreme temperatures, so I don't want to pay a huge air conditioning bill each month that we are not living in this home (not too mention the wasteful use of resources while the home is empty). Google Home app has been working well for the past 6 months, but when I looked at it this morning, no thermostats were showing up. Can this be fixed without me physically being in the home where the thermostats are located? We are travelling to this home tomorrow, so I was wanting to set the thermostat to start cooling the house before we get there, but if the Google Home app is not even showing the 2 thermostats that I have been controlling, I'm not sure how to troubleshoot. If Google Home is unreliable, it is not a good option for us to use for a home we are not living in during certain times of the year. Any suggestions?

Hey there kac222,
I'm so sorry to hear about the issues with your Google Home app not showing your thermostats, I know it can be frustrating, but I'm happy to help.
I would suggest that you review this article to go over some troubleshooting steps with your app, wifi, and thermostats.
If those don't work, you can reset the devices or uninstall and reinstall the app as well.
Please try those steps and let us know how that goes.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
