Both my spouse and I had the nest app on our phones. After a power outage in our home, the thermostat got disconnected from my spouse's phone app. It is not reconnecting, the app is asking for the key, and I cannot get the key from the thermostat when I follow the directions, the thermostat tells me it's already connected.
