Hi, a problem with my 2 Nest 1.4 thermostats that just returned after working fine during the past Winter. When I have the thermostat off and the safety temp set to 40F it will not remotely show me the actual room temperature when it dips below 50F. The thermostat is keeping the house temperature at 40F, but it is a bit unnerving, when you are far from home, not to be able to see that actual temperature in the house- after all this peace of mind was one of the major reasons I purchased the thermostat. Oddly, I had this problem for the first year I owned the thermostat (Winter 2020-2021, then Winter 2021-2022 I found it worked as expected (for example I could see on my phone if the room temp was 43F). I assumed there was a software update that fixed it. Unfortunately, the problem has returned. My current software version is 1.1-11. I'm not sure when my thermostats updated to this version but see this version was released Jan 28, 2022. Anyone else have this problem? or even better a solution? Thanks, Scott
