Since I have an R and RC, Where does RC Go?

You have what is called a dual transformer system and only the Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat is compatible with it.

Your heating and cooling system are separate, the W and R terminals are for heat. The Y, G, and Rc terminals are for cooling.
