Home Away Assist worked superbly for over 6 years, until I got a new iphone - because the old one stopped being able to connect to wifi. The app frequently doesn't turn the thermostat down, or on, because it shows a "Previously used phone" as being a device that decides if I am at home - rather than the new iPhone deciding my location. I have tried going to my google account and clicked "I don't recognise this device", reset the password as requested - but the old device is still there, possibly because it cannot connect to wifi to be removed.
