First of all had an issue with my thermostat connecting to the internet. Contacted support and arranged a replacement to be sent after all troubleshooting failed.
Received the replacement thermostat and this one will not connect to the heatlink despite restarting the heatlink and it flashing blue as required. It’s plugged in and fully charged and my old unit never had a problem connecting. Is there something simple to fix this that I can’t find online or do I need another replacement unit?

Nothing wrong with your new thermostat, but you now have a none matched pair, hence you have to manually pair the two together!
You could have searched on here!
