Replacing. Honeywell T3R thermostat

I need to replace a Honeywell thermostat with a Nest E thermostat but can't find the connector labels on my existing one in the compatibility guide (A+B) - photo attached. They seem to correspond to C + NO but I want to make sure before opening the Next box
