Schedule says 9 but thermostat says 25, can anyone help?

Hello, 

My schedule is set to turn on the heating to 25 at 8am and then turn it down to 9 at 10am. The time now is 1032 and the app and thermostat still say 25 and the heating is on. 

I've turned off 'true radiant' and 'auto schedule' as I just want it to do what I'm asking it to do.

Can anyone help?

If your thermostat is not following the schedules as you expect, it can be frustrating. Don't worry though, I'm here to help.

Can I know which Nest thermostat do you have? Is it a new installation? I suggest that now that you've disabled the auto-schedule feature, you should get a fresh start by deleting the previously learned schedules.

If you have a 4th generation Nest thermostat, in the Google Home app, you can choose your thermostat, tap Schedules > 3 dots icon > Clear weekly schedule, then choose yes. However, if you have a Nest Learning Thermostat or a Nest Thermostat E, you can go to Settings in the thermostat display, then tap Reset > Schedule.

After resetting the schedules, make sure to add the schedules back the way you want them and monitor your thermostat to ensure they're being followed.
