Sensor doesn’t recognize room temp

Hello everyone: 

Help! My Nest unit was working perfectly for a year until yesterday, 12/24 when my sensor stopped recognizing my room temp. The sensor says the room temp is 63 when it’s 75. The sensor keeps on turning the boiler on hour after hour and the house is getting too hot. How can I fix this?
