Same!!! I've been troubleshooting with a Google person for over an hour and he kept making do things as if the issue is on my end. Thank God I found y'all he was driving to the crazy, thinking I was an isolated incident. They need to fix this issue ASAP it's very very warm in my home.

Try adding your device now. Mine just worked for the Nest.

It worked for me too. I also had the wires wrong. Thankfully I had taken a photo of the wiring previously.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble. The issue with the server is now resolved. You can now try adding your Nest Thermostats to the Google Home app. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll be locking this thread after 24 hours.
