Is anyone else experiencing connectivity issues? I cannot connect to my thermostat on the app or the web.

Thanks for your response. This isn't a new installation. I was unable to access the thermostat via browser or the app. Login was failing for both. Got a message to check the service status on the app, which I did. The status was green. Everything is now working again so I assume there was some kind of service issue. I made no changes on my end.

Hi @JG5 - Were you able to successfully hook it up and it keeps dropping connection or are you stuck in the install process?
