In set up my post code is not accepted so I can’t continue set up.

Sounds odd to me as any number let a alone post code normally work.

Hi there,
You can try these steps:
Make sure the Nest app is up to date.
Enter your code without spaces.
Force close the app.
Uninstall/Reinstall the app.
Use a different phone.
