Setting up Google nest battery cameras in the Bahamas

I’m having issues setting up a battery camera in the Bahamas. Getting an error “problem connecting to cloud “. Any advice? This is not a thermostat but could find a category for that.

I don't know whether this explains your issue or not, but the Bahamas are NOT listed as a supported country for the Google Nest Camera (Battery):
