Smart thermostat

I have an offer from my power company to provide a smart thermostat.  I have a picture of my thermostat wiring.  Does my thermostat qualify for replacement upgrade to a nest thermostat?

Jc42, thanks for posting and sorry to hear about your thermostat. If you're using a mobile device to post in this Community page, you should first ensure that you're signed in with your Community profile. Click on the person icon at the top right hand then follow the prompts. Once done, you should be able to see a photo icon once you hit the reply button.
