Suddenly lost the Nest configuration in my Android Note 8 Nest App. Will NOT let me re-add it, because the Nest App selection on the Nest itself says is already connected. Cannot get to a "Get Entry Key" selection to try to restore the connection. Did a Reset on the Ring and removed and reinstalled the Nest App on the Android. I give. How to get and "entry key".

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with setting up your Nest Thermostat. You can only get an entry key once the Nest Thermostat is removed from the account where it's linked to. You could try resetting the Nest Thermostat back to factory defaults to get an entry key.
