- Are you receiving any error messages on your iPhone or the Nest thermostat's display?
- What model of iPhone do you have, and what iOS version is it running?
- Is your iPhone connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Nest thermostat?
- Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app? Is it up to date?
