Tab Broken on Back of Nest Thermostat

Hello, 

I have a Gen 3 nest learning thermostat and 1 of the 3 tabs on the mounting connector on the wall has broken off. 

Is there a way to get a new mounting plate so it sits flush on the wall and isn't at risk of falling off?

Sorry to hear about what happened to your Nest Learning thermostat. 

Could you provide a photo of the mounting plate showing the broken portion? Also, when and where did you buy this as well as what country are you in? I'll be more than glad to check on your options.

I have had it since Dec of 2020 and still have the original box, etc.
