Hello,
I have a nest GA02081-US-1 which I've had for several months. It has worked fine, and I have an older version of the nest upstairs.
Starting tonight, around 10:00, I noticed the house was getting hot downstairs. I then begin to try to reconfigure the thermostat, and verified all the wires were correctly connected. I then did a factory reset.
I set the temperature to cool to 76. But no matter what I do, despite it saying cooling, it stays around 81 because it seems only the fan will blow and only minimal cold air from vents.
So I went upstairs and verified that air conditioner is working fine. It is.
What am I missing here? Why is only the fan operating but cold air is barely coming out of the vents, keeping the temperature at 81°?

Hello,
Turns out it was an HVAC issue(no freon due to leak). Thanks!
