Temp sensor issue pairing

A difference … the temp sensors on the old home show up individually on the home page so I can see the temperature sensed by that sensor. On the recently added home, the temp sensor I added to that home and thermostat does not appear on the home page but the thermostat does.  Not sure why??  When I click on the thermostat display, I can see the temp sensor sensed temp as well as the thermostat sensed temp

 
now that temp sensor reflects a temperature of 32 degrees. I removed it totally from the Nest app and tried to reinstall and it won’t pair to that thermostat.  However when I try to install and pair it to either of my other two NLT it works.

Could you confirm how you paired it with your Nest Learning Thermostat? Did you do it without the app?

Temp sensor recently lost its connection to the thermostat. I removed it and reinstalled it, but it would not pair with the thermostat. Getting real tired of reinstalling the thermostat in Oder to get the senor to pair with it
