The nest thermostat app stopped working

• The app was working on my 1 phone then stopped very very annoying

Mine caused the hvac unit to burn itself out leaving me with the smell of burnt plastic after the guy came to fix the heater. Today it quit working again and now the heater/ac runs continuously back and forth.  I’m going to have to get reimbursed by the leasing office for my bill. Can’t just turn it off at the breaker because the temp is 25 tonight.  Just give me an old fashioned Honeywell thermostat
