I recently complied with Google request to move my account from Nest to Google, since then my Nest app constantly says my thermostat is offline. Google support don’t have a clue. I have reinstalled the app countless times, disconnected the thermostat from the WiFi, rebooted the WiFi and every possible thing you can do but nothing happens.
