I’m thinking of purchasing a Nest Thermostat and working on determining if my system is compatible. I’m unsure if my system meets the wiring requirements for a Nest Thermostat. Would anyone be able to assist?
The labels on the wires coming into my thermostat are the following:
R, W2/X2, W1, Y, G, O, B

Hi @Austinhuff - That looks EXACTLY like the same setup I had before I switched over to the Nest Thermostat. The only thing that I needed to get was the Nest Power Connector to hook up down in the heater control panel in my basement. You can find that here: https://store.google.com/product/nest_power_connector?hl=en-US
I suggest trying to install it without the Power connector first - the home app will let you know if you need a connector during the initial setup.
Hope this helps!

Yes, it is compatible with any of the Nest Thermostats
Try this wiring with the Google Nest Thermostat
Red - R to R
White - W1 to W (jumper to W2/X2 not needed)
Yellow - Y to Y
Green - G to G
Orange - O to */OB
Blue - B to C
When asked by the Home app to select the wires being used, I suggest these.
R, W/W1, Y/Y1, G/G1, O, and C
Example only

@Austinhuff, how's it going with your Nest Thermostat? Still need our help?
Thanks,
