Thermostat E not setting to wiri

Thermostat E went off and cannot access it as it shows a symbol looking like a download manual image

cannot get past this on the thermostat so cannot access settings

  • have done all the resets to no avail including the heat link. 
    anyone else had this issue?

Hi

before the screen locked it was H151, but now cannot get past the download image on the screen of the thermostat

Thanks for clarifying. Do you have it  in the Nest app added and showing as offline or was it removed from there?

Can you press once on the button on the Heat Link to see if any LED lights turn on?

I did and I replied that I cannot get past the download image on the thermostat and that on the heat link, on first press, I have blue light, 2nd press, green light & heating comes on.

Have you tried to pair the thermostat with the app to see if the screen changes at all?

Hi

Yep, no joy.

The thermostat is simply stuck on the download image and cannot get past it.

I fear the nest is empty and I will need to replace it
