I’m trying to use my new iPhone!

I had nest on my old phone!

when I upgraded I thought everything moved to new! Well I went to check on my temperature inside my home because my puppy stays inside and I don’t know how to check! Nothing there. 
Don’t see thermostat. Can some help me please   At work and can’t leave!!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with controlling your Nest Thermostat with your new iPhone. To isolate the issue, could you check if you're logged in to your Nest app with the same account that you were using with your old phone?
