Thermostat Issues

Hi,

Have changed my home WiFi network recently and had no thermostat service since. H71 on the thermostat, TD03 on the app and the heatlink just sitting there flashing blue.

Have deleted the app, restarted WiFi and heatlink - nothing is working. Recently had a new heatlink fitted FOC by Boxt when the original packed up.any ideas?

Hi @Banksy , thanks for reaching out. I would be happy to try and assist.

For starters, you mentioned the Heat Link was replaced by boxed. How long has the thermostat been installed for and working as expected before you faced this behavior from it?

Perhaps 3 months.

Ok. While we look at it you can use the manual mode on the Heat Link to engage the system. Press the button on it and 2 additional green LED lights should come up. Press again to turn it off. This way you can turn the system on and back off.

Is the thermostat mounted on a stand or on the wall? What is the distance between it and the Heat Link and are there any objects or electronics that could cause interference like microwaves, smart TV's, baby monitors, etc.?

Hi Alex, been through everything and it looks like the thermostat has 'expired'. Sadly having spent 40 minutes talking to Google last night they've decided they won't replace it so I'll be looking for something better. Thanks anyway.

Thanks for letting me know. It is great to hear you managed to get in touch with my colleagues and I am sorry to hear you did not manage to get to a resolution with the thermostat.

If there is anything else that I could perhaps try and assist with, make sure to let me know. I will leave the thread open a bit more just in case.
