My Google Nest has gone offline, none of the Help Options cater for my problem. Is there a Helpdesk I can talk to?

Do you mean it is out of power?
Does your setup come with a heat link?
Maybe your Heat link is not working correctly?

Is this the same issue as Nest App shows thermostat as offline, but the actual Nest is online and can be see by other apps which dates from Spetember 2021? I am having that issue. The thermostat appears to be offline in the iPhone app and on the website but it is working as it should. Looking at the thermostat it is online. I have restarted the thermostat and the wifi router but that fix is temporary.
I first noticed this in October this year but clearly it has been a persistent problem with Nest Therostats for over a year. There was even a case created to address the problem (1-9225000031821) but it has not been fixed.

To clarify, is your Nest Thermostat still working as intended and the issue is isolated on the app showing your device as offline?

Nope! Situation still the same. Thermostat offline seemingly stuck in mid reboot, no Failure Codes, ring movement has no effect. Can't get past this step. Help desk options don't cater, no phone number to talk to anyone. A hopeless shambles. Could book a visit by an engineer @£120 + VAT probably to be told that Google Nest needs changing (which is still in warranty) but I have no idea how to contact Google to claim! Not very good Customer Care!
