Thermostat goes offline every day.

Crap product…mine too. It’s within 20 feet of Nest Thermostat and still goes offline. Google knows they messed up and have a defective product.

Nest thermostat goes offline every day. I can’t change the temperature by my phone because it goes offline. Is there a way to Fix this? My internet works fine with all of my other devices.
