Hi
I’ve a newly installed boiler using Nest and Google home. I want to add other family members but require a PIN code. Instructions show this should be on the back of the thermostat control but it isn’t. How else can I find out what the PIN code is please?

Adding family members shouldn't require a PIN code if you already have the Nest thermostat installed and set up in your account. Have a look at this article and let us know if you need more help.
