Hello Ryan
I just turned the thermostat to 22 within seconds it went down to 18 and switched to ECO . i had to stop ECO and turned the temperature back to 22.

Thanks for bringing this up to us and we're sorry for the delay.
We'd like to check a couple of things to figure out why the temperature changes quickly. First stop, check the temperature schedule on your thermostat. Are you using the Home Away Assist as this may also trigger the sudden changes. You could check the schedule and delete some unnecessary temperature schedules from your thermostat.

Hi no im bout using home away assist. Although I would like to be able to use it. I found it didn't work add you'd expect.

Do you mind me asking if you checked the temp schedule on your thermostat? Does that show any details about the change in temperature? This could be the reason your thermostat is lowering that on you. Please let me know, as I would be happy to review further.
