We changed our Wi-Fi in our home and I was able to change it on our nest thermostat downstairs but the upstairs one is stuck on “Continue Set Up” and I cannot reset it. I have tried taking batteries out. Starting a new home and adding it. Nothing is working.

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. What are the messages or code you keep receiving when you're trying to add your Nest Thermostat in the Google Home app? Also, could you please try changing its batteries? It will help us to isolate it further.
